Nepal Communist Party UML senior vice president Ishwar Pokharel has said that in the changing situation, the upcoming 11th national convention of the party should review the revised constitution and political situation. Senior Vice-President Pokharel issued a statement today and stressed that there should be a discussion in the convention regarding the developments after the Genji movement of August 23rd and 24th.
