Bhaktapur.   Only eight months are left until the month of January. Within eight months, Nepal will be blacklisted without leaving the graylist. It has been a month since the formation of the RSVP government led by Walendra Shah (Walen). Meanwhile, there are no good signs in the economy. It seems that the government is not paying attention to revenue collection. 

On the contrary, the government has taken foreign loans three times in one month of formation. The old debt is 32 billion. In the Genji movement that took place on the 23rd and 24th of last August, 84.77 billion government and 27 billion private property was damaged. It costs twice as much for reconstruction. Because construction materials have become expensive. 

Years have passed since the government did not pay 45 billion to construction workers, 24 billion to business insurance, 43 billion to health insurance, and 7 billion to dairy and sugarcane farmers. From banks, financial institutions to common people, investments are in real estate, vehicles and shares. People and organizations blindly invested in the greed of brokers, which caused an economic crisis in the country.

Real estate, vehicle and share trading has been at a standstill for years. While billions have been invested in this sector. The land mafia ran a dozer on the unsold agricultural land for 10,000 plants. And it was sold for 25 lakhs to crores. Vehicles sold in neighboring India and China for Rs 1 to 20 lakh were sold by auto showrooms here for Rs 3 lakh to Rs 24 crore. 

Banks and financial institutions themselves issued loans of Rs. Gold Vs. There are still those who say it was 80 rupees per tola until 2022. However, the same gold was sold for 54 lakhs a few months ago. Silver is the same. Be it common people or financial institutions blindly invested in these areas. 

But, they forgot that these things are luxury. The price of which has been artificially increased. Due to the investment made in these luxury goods, the country has fallen into the gray list and the economy is in a coma. Real estate, vehicles, shares and gold have become a means of hiding black money. Government employees, leaders of political parties, traders, businessmen invested money earned illegally through corruption or revenue in these areas. 

As a result, the country fell into the gray list of asset laundering. However, our Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle does not understand this. His ability did not do it or did he ignore it? The question has been raised. If not, why has no positive effect on the economy been seen even after a month has passed since Wagle, who claims to be an economist, became the finance minister?Why has he not been strict on real estate, cars, shares and gold? Why are they not being active towards raising revenue? Why does Finance Minister Wagle not seem to be moving towards removing the country from the gray list? As Prime Minister Wallen showed by removing squatters within a month, why is Finance Minister Wagle not working. If he does not have the ability to work, he should be removed immediately and a capable person should be made the finance minister. 

Because because of one disabled person, the whole country and the people do not suffer from it. If Finance Minister Wagle has the ability, he should be strict on real estate, vehicles, shares and gold. What amount of money has been invested in this area? You have to search. Sources of revenue should be found. For that, the syndicate in the transport sector should be broken strictly in the housing tax. Government spending should be cut. 

For that, from the removal of unnecessary employees, the salaries and benefits of permanent employees and public representatives should also be cut. In addition, social security allowances, pensions and other provisions should also be removed. If not, provision should be made to give allowance only to those who need it. If Finance Minister Wagle does not act now, the country will be pushed towards a serious crisis. Therefore, he had to work hard, not gossip. 

Even after a month has passed since assuming the post, the Minister of Finance has not done a single commemorative and appreciative work. On the contrary, they have decided to give salaries to the employees every 15-15 days when there is an economic crisis in the country. Rather than making decisions that are in the interest of the country and the people, he seems to be focusing on feeding employees. Therefore, now Prime Minister Wallen should give strict instructions to Finance Minister Wagle. If you can't work, you should be fired.Because if the country is blacklisted tomorrow because of the finance minister, who will take responsibility for it? Of course Wagley will not take it. Therefore, if Prime Minister Wallen is not careful now, there may be a big crisis. Now the financial year 2082-083 is going on. This year, the government has set a target of raising 15 trillion 40 billion 84 billion in revenue. However, when the implementation of the budget is about to take ten months, a total of seven billion revenue has been raised. 11 billion has been spent. Business in the market is at a standstill. It has been years since cooperatives, microfinance, and finance have sunk, now there is a crisis in banks as well. Real estate, vehicle and share trading is at a standstill. The price in the market has exceeded the limit. Unemployment is rampant. Poverty is rampant. There is a situation where common citizens are in a rush to avoid the morning and night rush. And in such a situation, who pays taxes to the state? How does the state collect taxes? However, there are many other ways to raise revenue. 

It is difficult to identify. Here, some people sleep hungry while some have wealth that reaches seven generations. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to focus on it. All the money and property acquired illegally through revenue evasion, corruption and illegal acquisition should be searched and nationalized. From that money to the country
