Acharya, who has been active in training as a key speaker in various cultural programs, meetings, conferences, gatherings, and political programs, has created an image of a skilled political personality by participating in training and receiving training in India, China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Singapore and other countries through grassroots organizations. Acharya, who has been presenting efficiency in various people's organizations, is currently active as a central committee member of Nepal Agriculture and Horticulture Workers' Union, Phapun. Acharya, who was always thinking and active in the development of the country, was a member of the then CPN UML Dhading district committee and the labor district in-charge, as well as a representative of the eighth congress of the then CPN UML in Butwal.
