Those two ministers are Minister of Communication and Information Technology Dr. Vikram Timalsina and Education, Science and Technology Minister Sasmit Pokharel. Once upon a time, Sasmit Pokharel was one of the students of 'Public Policy, Good Governance and Prevention of Corruption' at the postgraduate level under the Faculty of Humanities of Tribhuvan University. The present Minister of Communication and Information Technology Vikram Timalsina used to teach that class.
