The first convention of RSWP will be held in Chitwan from June 7 to 9
Kathmandu. Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSWPA has decided to organize its first historical convention on 7th, 8th and 9th of June in Chitwan. The central committee meeting held this morning at the party central office Banasthali decided the date and place of the convention.
After the discussion in the meeting, party leader Ganesh Parajuli gave official information about the convention and said that it is certain that representatives from all over the country will gather in Chitwan in the second week of June.
Earlier, party chairman Ravi Lamichhane had moved the proposal to hold the convention on June 6, 7 and 8. However, considering the detailed discussion and internal management of the Central Committee, it has been decided to postpone the convention on the 7th, 8th and 9th.
The party had already taken a theoretical goal of holding the convention within six months of the election, according to which the responsibility of completing the process within August was on the RSVP.
This first convention is considered very important for the RSVP, which was established as an alternative political force within a short period of its formation in 2079.
