We are waiting for the elections, the activities of the government have created suspicion: Shekhar Koirala
Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has said that after looking at the activities of the government, there is a doubt that the election will be held at the appointed time. He said this during a meeting with local leaders today in Sundarharaincha Municipality Ward No. 4 under his constituency Morang 6.
Leader Koirala said that elections must be held on February 21. He said that since elections are the foundation of democracy, the Congress party is eager to go to the elections.
"The only way to save the constitution and protect the country from infection is through elections," Koirala said.
He accused the government of not being able to create an environment for elections. Some leaders of the party are not allowed to go out of Kathmandu, the looted weapons are out, the prisoners are out. What does the government think about this", asked Koirala.
He also instructed the party line to mobilize for the election.
