The slogan of making the country of all parties, the country will not be in a state of chaos!

Bhaktapur. Nepal has been on the grey list for 20 months. The country was placed on the grey list on September 9, 2016. We have only four months to get off the grey list. If Nepal is not removed from the grey list in the coming month, it will be put on the blacklist of asset purification. The government of Nepal does not receive foreign loans or subsidies.
Nepalis are not allowed to go abroad. Nepalese delegates are not allowed to participate in foreign events. On the other hand, the country is facing a serious crisis. The recent devastating flood in the Bhotkoshi river in Rasuwa has caused a huge loss of public money. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has said that hundreds of deaths and thousands of missing in the flood have caused material damage worth Rs 800 million.
There was also a loss of public money in the Genji movement on September 23 and 24. The movement, which killed 77 people, caused 84.77 billion 45 in damage to the government structure and 27 billion on the private side. A year later, reconstruction has not yet begun. Because the state has no resources.
The previous government had taken a foreign loan of Rs 32 crore. When the Balendra Sah (Balen) led government came to power, it added four crore rupees. The then representative assembly was dissolved after the Genji movement. The election was held on Feb. 21. 20 billion was spent on the election. The government is in debt.
56 billion for construction workers, 24 billion for corona insurance, 43 billion for health insurance and 7 billion for milk and sugarcane farmers have not been paid for years. The government is running on debt. Where did the taxes and taxes go? The public doesn't know. There is no money to sell government industry, public land and property.
However, neither the general public raises its voice on this issue nor the state does its own investigation policy. All political parties have the same slogan - we will build the country. The Congress introduced the multi-party system by forming panchayats in the year 46. The Maoists took up arms on February 1, 2002, to build the country. 17,000 people died in the ten-year civil war.
Thousands have been killed, thousands are still missing. Millions of government property was destroyed. The monarchy finally came to an end in 0565. Then the Congress, the UML, the Maoist alliance went into government. On the 23rd and 24th of September, in support of Ravi and Balen, the Genghis agitated for the creation of a country. There was a loss of public money.
The people gave two-thirds majority to the government. It has been five months since the formation of the government. So you've lost the country? The country is in a difficult situation. Our country, which was self-sufficient in food five decades ago, is now in a situation where the people of Nepal have to die of hunger if foreigners do not provide food. Young people are not in the country, they are abroad. The village is alive.
Unemployment, poverty, and inflation continue to rise. The country is in a debt trap. Without foreign loans and subsidies, the country will not be able to run. And then it became a country? All the parties were not raising slogans to build the country. The workers, traders and traders have become a commodity. City employees are getting paid.
The salary of an employee ranges from 35 thousand to millions of rupees per month. The service is different. They wear clothes from the taxes paid by the people, ride smooth carts. Unfortunately, people don't work. He behaves with the common people. Employees are not allowed to work. And the government is constantly increasing the salary and service facilities of such bribe workers. There are millions of teachers, police officers, and security guards. Both the restorer and the pensioner should be paid. Billions are spent every month on their salaries, services, clothes, cars and pensions. Contractual, salaried, temporary employees are also in the millions. They get all the facilities except pension. The population is 38,000.
Their salary ranges from Rs 50,000 to lakhs per month. There are 32,000 prisoners in jails across the country. They should be fed in the morning. If a daily allowance of 80 rupees is given then treatment should be done in case of illness. The social security allowance is 42 lakhs. They get Rs 4,000 per month.
Government spending is everywhere, the state's trillions are turning into billions every day. But the income is not equal to zero. So far, the country has been running on foreign loans, grants and remittances. If Nepal falls on the blacklist, that route will also be closed. Then the country will be in a serious economic crisis. Because we are buying food from foreign countries.
And if there is no money to buy food then definitely starvation starts. The government made only houses, cars and shares the source of revenue. Brokers, land mafias believed in artificially inflated prices from the general public to the state. If the common people bought houses, cars, shares at such a high price, then the government also made investment in such luxurious things easy. The results are with us today.
There is no one to buy houses, cars and shares with prices constantly falling. Crores of common people have drowned while investing in these things. Debts are in debt. 27 lakh from micro finance, 22 lakh from banks, 63 lakh from cooperatives by buying house, car and shares or by keeping these things as collateral. There are also millions of borrowers in meter base.
At present, more than five lakh people are on the blacklist. On the other hand, the country's economy is in crisis. But the government's eyes are still open. Even now, the government is waiting for the sale of houses, cars and shares to increase and the revenue to increase. But now it is not possible.
So, now the government has to cut the tax. Salaries and benefits of employees should be reduced. Contract workers need to be laid off. Nearby one should find an office of nature. A letter of credit must be written for the foreign debt. We need to find sources of income in the country. Otherwise, just as the Bhotekoshi River drained people's money, so will foreign debt and government spending devastate Nepal.
