Kathmandu. Former Attorney General Ramesh Badal has claimed that the process of forming the current government is unconstitutional. He said this while speaking at the exchange of greetings and wreath laying program on the founder of Nepal Bar Association organized on the occasion of '70th Bar Day'.
He pointed out the need to move forward in an organized manner when the main organs of the country are the legislature, the executive, the judiciary and the media as the fourth organ are facing attacks from all sides. We want to continue the efforts to bring the constitutional process of the railways out of the loop again, I also request all the common Nepali people to always support this process. The process of forming the current government is unconstitutional. "The government was formed through an unconstitutional process, all the actions of the government which was formed through an unconstitutional method are naturally unconstitutional," he said.
Badal said that the need of the moment is to move forward in a free, fair, fearless and fearless manner.
