Scout's 'ultimatum' to restore Deepak Khadka's 'Khadka Land' within 7 days

Kathmandu. Nepal Scout has given an ultimatum to Nepali Congress leader and former energy minister Deepak Khadka's company Khadka Land Pvt Ltd to restore and pay within seven days. The Nepal Scout National Head Office under the Ministry of Youth and Sports has issued a notice to pay the outstanding amount within seven days. It is alleged that Deepak Khadka's Khadka Land is occupying the land owned by Scout. Scout's head office has warned that if the arrears of the land and the structures built on the land are not paid within seven days, all the buildings and goods built on the land will be confiscated.

According to the public notice of Scout published today, Khadka Land Development Pvt Ltd is operating the land of Scout and its structures on rent. But it is mentioned that scout has suffered irreparable damage due to non-payment of rent. Therefore, it is mentioned in the notice that the last chance has been provided to pay the outstanding amount within seven days. It is written in the notice, "If the restoration is not paid within the said time period, according to clause no. 4 of the agreement between Nepal Scout and that Khadka Land Development Pvt. Ltd. and according to paragraph 12 of the Civil Code 2074, Section 619, 620, 940 and 621, all the buildings and goods constructed on the land will be confiscated and the amount that is not reached from the said confiscation will be collected from the household or property. It is also informed.
