Kathmandu — The B.P. Highway has been obstructed after flooding in Roshi Khola. Traffic on the road was halted this morning after the water level in the river rose. The District Police Office, Kavre, has informed that vehicular movement on the B.P. Highway has been completely closed for the time being.
