Kathmandu. The government has decided to recommend to the President to issue the Constitutional Council Amendment Ordinance. Announcing the decision of the Council of Ministers held on November 2, Government Spokesperson and Minister of Communication and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel informed that the Constitutional Council has decided to recommend to the President to issue the First Amendment Ordinance, 2082 related to work, duties, rights and procedures.

The Council of Ministers has decided to form a negotiation team under the leadership of the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Finance to negotiate with the World Bank in relation to obtaining a concessional loan of 95 million dollars proposed by the World Bank for sustainable and inclusive projects, and has approved the principle for drafting the Water and Meteorology Bill.

Likewise, Law Minister Anil Kumar Sinha has been approved to take oath of the newly appointed Chief Justice of India at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on November 8 and participate in the Constitution Day program to be held in New Delhi on November 10, said spokesperson Kharel.
