Supreme Court's order not to dismiss five state assembly members

Janakpurdham. The Supreme Court has ordered not to dismiss the five members of the Madhesh State Assembly. On October 27th, Speaker Ramchandra Mandal dismissed the five members of the Provincial Assembly of Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal, Civil Liberation Party. The single bench of the Supreme Court Justice Nityanand Pandey has ordered the Speaker Mandal of the Madhes State Assembly not to immediately dismiss the five members of the State Assembly.

Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal state assembly members Manish Kumar Suman, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, Sinshan Sah Kalwar and Sharda Shankar Sah Kalbanar and Urmila Singh of Civil Liberties Party were dismissed for being absent from the state assembly meeting for 10 consecutive days. Against the Speaker's decision, the dismissed members of the Provincial Assembly filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
