Kathmandu. Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anil Kumar Sinha has said that he has given instructions to organize training to bring uniformity in the format of law making, wording etc. In the joint meeting of the Legislation Management Committee and the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee on Sunday, he said that many issues have been raised in the context of law making and instructed to arrange training for the human resources to bring uniformity in the language and framework of the law as much as possible.

He said, "Many shortcomings have been seen from my side as well." I am also evaluating myself. The first decision that came to the ministry was to start giving trainings for the matters raised in the context of law making, its format and wording. The language and structure of our laws should be as uniform as possible. We formed a committee to organize the training of the manpower for this and started the study for it.

Similarly, he said that errors and delays may occur in the context of law-making, and he assured that he would set a time for making the law and not delay it.

He said, "There is no dispute that the Ministry of Law should be reformed." The process of improvement is always ongoing. In terms of law making, there may be some errors and delays. Now we have also planned to set a time limit for making the law. I also want to give an assurance that we will not delay now.

He also said that he would apologize for the fact that the ministry is weak in monitoring work and will pay attention to improving it.
