Kathmandu. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reached Saudi Arabia and Army Chief Asim Munir has reached Iran. International media reported that it was seen as a preparation for a possible new phase of restarting the peace talks between the US and Iran. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is on a four-day visit to Saudi Arabia.
He is having a meeting with the high officials there. The visit is seen as important in Pakistan's active diplomatic role and is expected to help restart talks between the US and Iran.
During this visit, Sharif discussed the regional situation with Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He also plans to visit Qatar and Turkey.
