IPO sale of Bhujung Hydropower is open, how many shares can be filled?
Kathmandu. Bhujung Hydropower Limited has opened the IPO sale for the public from January 12 today. The company has issued the IPO and distributed it to local residents affected by the project and Nepalese who have gone abroad for employment, and now it has been released to the general public.
The company got permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 20 million shares worth 20 million rupees in an IPO of 20 percent of its issued capital of 1 billion rupees. Out of which, 10 lakh shares have been distributed to the affected people of the IPO project and 1 lakh shares have been distributed to the Nepalese who are employed abroad.
Now, out of the remaining 9 lakh shares, the company reserved 20 thousand shares for the employees of the company and 50 thousand shares for collective investment funds and issued the remaining 830 thousand shares to the general public at the rate of 100 rupees per IPO share. When applying for IPO, it has been arranged that a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares can be requested. IPO application can be made only till 15th of January.
