Awarded 'Gopal Pandey Asim Award' and 'Lebal Tri Ratna Award'

Kathmandu. The Nepali Education Council has presented two awards on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the organization and the 114th birth anniversary of Gopal Pandey Asim, the founder of the council. In a program held at Sohrakhute Kathmandu on Sunday, the chief guest former administrator Umesh Prasad Mainali presented the 'Gopal Pandey Asim Award' to the literary organization 'Rapti Sahitya Parishad', Dang. Along with the prize, a cash amount of 50,000 was also given. Kamalmani Devkota, president of Sahitya Parishad, accepted the award.
In the event, the 'Lebal Triratna Award' was presented to Dr. Jagdishchandra Regmi, a cultural expert. Along with the award, a cash amount of 75 thousand rupees was also given.
