Government's decision to appoint Narayanadatta Paudel as IGP of Armed Police

Kathmandu. The cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to appoint Narayanadutta Paudel as the 13th Inspector General of the Armed Police Force. Government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel informed that the decision will be implemented from May 19.

Raju Aryal, the current Inspector General of Armed Police, is retiring on 18th Baisakh after completing his four-year tenure. He was appointed IGP on 18 Baisakh 2079.
