Government committed to transfer responsibility through fair elections while maintaining good governance: Home Minister Aryal

Kathmandu. Home Minister Omprakash Aryal has said that the present government is preparing to transfer responsibility through elections by establishing the rule of law and maintaining corruption-free administration and good governance. Inaugurating the 'Foreign Citizen Management Information System FNMIS' program organized by the Immigration Department in Kathmandu on Thursday, Home Minister Aryal clarified that the government is fully committed to conduct the upcoming elections in a clean, fair and fear-free environment.
He also said that all relevant agencies are expected to play a role in making the election successful. Speaking at the event, Minister Aryal expressed his belief that the FNMIS system, launched today, will prove to be an important milestone in the Immigration Information Management System for the purpose of providing assistance in the security of foreign nationals visiting Nepal, facilitation of information, possible crime control and tourism promotion.
