The special guest, former MP and Chancellor of Nepal Language Academy, Malla K Sundar, mentioned that public opinion is a living heritage of the literary field, citing the context in which public opinion fought against the autocratic panchayat system in its four-decade long history, and said that it played the role of an epoch-maker in the literary field. He cited the context of the progressive cultural campaign 'Ralph', which stood against any classical stereotype, and asked Chancellor Rai what is the Genji Rebellion. ?
