On the 7th of Chait 2082, on Saturday, Darchula, Khalanga, under the chief hospitality of Bhupal Rai, the Chancellor of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan, the program of 'Southwestern province level Pragya-Nari Kavya Ghoshti, singing, presentation of papers and supplementary interpretation' was grandly completed by the organization of Pragya-Pratishtana Literature (Poetry/Poetry Department) and the local organization 'Manaskhand Gurukul'. In the program, Mahakali Municipality Darchula, Dilasaini Rural Municipality Baitadi, Api Himal Rural Municipality Darchula and National Conservation Mission were supporting. Chief guest Chancellor Rai read the banner and inaugurated the program held at Khalanga Bazar, the auditorium of Darchula Multipurpose Campus. At the same time, Chancellor Rai imbibed the basic mantra of 'All languages, all knowledge: wisdom and dignity of all' by coming to Khalanga Bazar in the remote part of Nepal, and there was a sense of pride in organizing the 'Furth West Provincial Level Wisdom-Nari Kavya Sangosthi' for the first time. He said that he is proud to spread academic awareness by taking Pragya-Pratishthan to villages, developing it as a common ground for all languages and castes, against geographical differences, shabby beliefs and inertia. Also, he said that the situation of Pragya-Pratishtan with 68 years of history is still being overshadowed.

 Doteli, Nepali, Tharu, Baitdeli, Achami, Bajhangi, Magar and other mother tongues are there. Chancellor Rai emphasized that it is within the responsibility of Pragya Pratishthan to build up all these languages and their literature, culture and history. Also, when he heard poetry in the local mother tongue here, he expressed his opinion that the announcer of 'All Languages: All Knowledge is Pragya Pratishthan' is worthwhile.

Special guest, Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan member and head of poetry department, Baba Basnet said that the Far West province-level Pragya-Nari Kavya Symposium covers all the districts, municipalities and villages of this province. He said that the seminar will highlight the identity, culture, geography and ethnic existence of this region. Female creators are contributing in poetry and other genres despite their own difficulties. Pragyna Basnet highlighted the purpose and importance of the program saying that she is confident that they will be properly evaluated and will remain ready for cooperation and cooperation.

    The program was chaired by Narendraraj Awasthi, head of Darchula Multipurpose Campus, and guests including Mahakali Municipality Chief Narasin Chaisur, Darchula Chief District Officer Anil Paudel, Darchula District Coordination Committee Chief Mahadev Badu and other guests presented greetings.

    Poems were presented by poets from Far Western Provinces in Nepali, Dotyali, Achhami, Baitdeli and other mother tongues. Female poets from Kanchanpur, Acham, Doti, Baitadi, Dadeldhura, Darchula and Kailali districts were present to recite poetry.
