Emphasizing to inspire the new generation in the search for history, the 139th birth anniversary of the historical figure Baburam Acharya is complete!

Kathmandu. On the occasion of the 139th birth anniversary of the hero of history, Baburam Acharya, a seminar on "Baburam Acharya and the History of Nepal" was held at Pragya-Pratishthan. The program was organized in the Devkota hall of Pragya-Pratishthan, Kamaladi in collaboration with Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan and Itishashiromani Baburam Acharya Memorial Foundation.
Prof. Dr. In the event held under the chairmanship of Surendra KC and the hospitality of Bhupal Rai, the chancellor of Nepal Pragya-Pratishtana, Prof. Dr. Veena Paudel presented a lecture on "Baburam Acharya and History of Nepal". In the speech, Acharya highlighted the incomparable contribution made in researching, writing and documenting the history of Nepal.
Prof.Dr. Dayaram Shrestha presented his remarks and discussed the contribution of Baburam Acharya in the field of Nepali history writing and its contemporary importance. The program was attended by various scholars, researchers, history buffs and interested people, as well as the official presence of officials of Nepal Pragya Institute and members of the Pragya Council.
Addressing the program, Chancellor Bhupal Rai said that the contribution made by History Minister Baburam Acharya to the study, research and documentation of Nepali history is invaluable. He mentioned that Acharya's works played an important role in revealing the true nature of Nepali history and held the view that such programs are necessary to inspire the new generation to study history.
Similarly, the chairman of the program Prof. Dr. Surendra KC mentioned that Baburam Acharya was a leading figure in Nepali history writing and said that his research and writing contributed greatly to present the history of Nepal in a systematic manner. He expressed the opinion that Acharya's works are a guide even today to make the study of history deeper and based on evidence.
Member-Secretary Dr. Dhanprasad Subedi gave his speech in the program and said that the contribution made by the historian Baburam Acharya, who is known as the leading personality of Nepali history writing, in researching, studying and documenting the history of Nepal is incomparable. Subedi expressed his belief that such programs to be organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of history leader Baburam Acharya will increase interest in history among the new generation. Pragya-Pratishthan's academic council member Kaushila Risal highlighted the purpose of the program by discussing the significant contribution of the historian Baburam Acharya to the authentic historiography of Nepal. The program was facilitated by Mr. Baburam Acharya, Secretary General of History Shiromani Baburam Acharya Memorial Foundation.
