Enthusiasm in real estate business, revenue collection of 4.84 billion in the month of November alone

Kathmandu. With the opening of lots, enthusiasm has been seen in the real estate business in the month of November. According to the Department of Land Management and Records, a revenue of 4.84 billion 81 million rupees was collected from real estate transactions in the month of November of the current financial year.
According to the statistics of the department, in the month of November, 51 thousand 632 new real estate purchase and sale documents have been passed across the country. At the beginning of the current financial year, in the month of July, a revenue of Rs. Similarly, 2 billion 74 crore rupees were raised in October. But in the real estate business, which has been continuously declining since July, enthusiasm has been seen in the month of November.
According to the department, a total of 16.78 billion 17 lakh rupees revenue has been collected in the last five months. The government had decided on the third amendment of the Land Use Regulations, 2079, 2082, made on 24th Kartik last year. Based on the same amendment, the lottery was opened.
