Congress Central Committee Meeting: Appeal to focus on elections while maintaining unity

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress has decided to move forward in the coming days while maintaining unity and harmony within the party. The meeting of the Congress Central Working Committee held in Kathmandu on Saturday concluded that challenges such as elections can be faced through unity, mutual harmony and cooperation within the party.
Based on this, it has been decided to appeal to the leaders and activists across the country to move forward while maintaining unity and harmony, said spokesperson Devraj Chalise. The meeting also decided to express gratitude to outgoing Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba for his contribution to the party and his leadership. Spokesman Chalise said that the meeting expressed the belief that the guardianship of senior leaders including Deuba will remain in the party in the coming days.
