35-day ultimatum to vacate the Trivi Cricket Stadium
Kathmandu. The future of the international cricket ground at Kirtipur is in jeopardy as the Tribhuvan University has started the process of taking back the land it owns. Trivi has written to 18 organizations including the Nepal Cricket Association CAN to vacate the structures including the cricket stadium under its control within 35 days.
The University had issued a public notice on 4th Baisakh in connection with the implementation of the 2081 Report of the Tertiary Land Search Committee. Based on the same information, separate letters have been sent to the relevant agencies.
