New Delhi. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India cannot remain neutral in the Russia-Ukraine war. Talking to Russian President Vladimir Putin at Hyderabad House on Friday, Modi said that India cannot stay neutral and said that they want peace. Prime Minister Modi said, 'The world needs peace once again. India supports every effort for peace.
Putin thanked Prime Minister Modi for his efforts for peace in Ukraine and said, "Russia is also in favor of peace." Putin and Modi met at Hyderabad House on Friday afternoon. The two leaders will soon attend the 23rd India-Russia Summit. More than 25 agreements are expected to be signed between India and Russia on Friday.
