President of UNEPA, Kulman Ghising, announced the election commitment letter at a press conference in Kathmandu on Sunday. UNEPA called the election manifesto a commitment letter.

In the letter of commitment, it is proposed to reduce the number of members of the House of Representatives. It is mentioned in the election commitment letter of UNEPA that the number of members of the House of Representatives will be reduced from 275 to 201.
