Kathmandu. The Meteorological Division has said that there is currently no significant weather system affecting the country. According to the division, the minimum temperature of the valley was observed at 7.4 degrees Celsius at 5:45 am today. Yesterday, Monday, the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley was 9 degrees Celsius.
