Kathmandu. At present, there is partial influence of westerly winds, high pressure system in the upper atmosphere and low pressure area in the lower atmosphere near the eastern part of Nepal. At present, it is generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous regions of the country. In some places of Terai and valley, cold weather has also occurred.
In the afternoon, it will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki regions, and the rest of the hilly areas will be partly cloudy.
