UML's participation and involvement in the campaign will remain unbroken: Ishwar Pokharel

Kathmandu. In the 11th Congress of the CPN-UML, Ishwar Pokharel, the candidate for the chairmanship, has responded that his participation and involvement in the campaign of the UML will remain unbroken. After the final vote results were announced on Thursday, he also thanked all the voters.

 I want to assure you that even if I am not victorious, my participation and involvement in UML's campaign to build the foundation of patriotic movement, democratic movement and socialism will remain unbroken. May the elected new leadership of CPN-UML finish their tenure successfully. I express my best wishes," he said.

While thanking the voter representatives who gave their vote of confidence even though I did not win the competition this time, he further said, "Even though I did not win the competition this time, I express my sincere gratitude to the voter representative comrades who gave their vote of confidence to my candidacy for the post of president."
