National Assembly Election: Shahi of Congress and Rakhal of UML won in Karnali

Kathmandu. Candidates of Congress and UML have won in the election for two positions of the National Assembly in Karnali. Congress's Lalitjung Shahi, who was a candidate from another cluster, and Minasin Rakhal of UML, who was a candidate for women, were elected to the National Assembly.
96.46 votes were cast in today's voting. Out of the total number of 198 voters, 191 votes were cast. Both candidates of CPN have been defeated.
Out of 40 provincial assembly members, 39 people voted for the provincial assembly and 1 did not vote. At the local level, only 152 votes were cast out of 158 voters. 6 people's representatives of the local level did not cast their votes.
