Two thousand Nepalis in crisis in Portugal

Kathmandu. Hundreds of Nepali who are working in Portugal are facing a serious legal crisis due to fake certification fake stamp case. After it was confirmed that fake seals and signatures of the Portuguese and Nepalese embassies in Delhi were used in the original character certificate police report issued by the Nepal Police, they are in legal trouble.
After it was confirmed that fake stamps were used, the TRC process of temporary residence permit of Nepalis has been stopped and they are also in fear of 'deportation'.
"Integration, Immigration and Refugee Agency AIMA, the competent body that gives legal status to immigrants in Portugal, has concluded that the immigration system was misused by finding the certification stamp on the police report to be fake while evaluating the application of the TRC." AIMA also instructed hundreds of Nepalis who were involved in the case to leave the country within a certain time frame through email. According to a Nepali who came in contact, some emails have warned of imprisonment up to one year and deportation.
