Kathmandu. Two important matches will be played today Monday under Nepal Premier League NPL. It is expected that both the matches will be competitive at the international cricket ground of Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur. In the first match of the day, Kathmandu Gorkhaz and Karnali Yaks will face each other at 12:30 PM. Kathmandu is looking for its first victory in the tournament. Kathmandu, who lost to Janakpur Bolts in their first match played earlier, are under pressure to win today's match and open their account in the points table.

On the other hand, Karnali Yaks are in excellent form. Karnali, who have gained 4 points by winning against Janakpur Bolts and Biratnagar Kings in both the matches played so far, will enter the field with a strategy to strengthen their grip on the top spot of the points table by registering their third win in a row today.
