NPL preparations complete, Can's request to watch the opening match at home
Kathmandu. The preparations for the Siddharth Bank Nepal Premier League NPL, which will start tomorrow from November 1, have been completed. Viewers will get a difference between the second edition of NPL and the first. For the first time in Nepal, the game is going to be played under floodlights. Tests are being carried out for floodlights at the Trivi Cricket ground.
Out of 32 NPL matches, 23 matches will be played under floodlights. The remaining 9 matches will be played on the day. 28 matches of the league stage will be played in day night. Spectators who watched the game sitting on the grass field this time will sit on the parapet this time. A stadium with a parapit of 10,000 seats has been prepared in Trivim.
Former champions Janakpur Bolts and Kathmandu Gorkhaz will face each other in the opening match starting at 4 pm on Monday. Nepal Cricket Association 9CAN0 has requested to watch the opening match of NPL at home.
