Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has refused to issue an order in favor of Reshammalal Chaudhary, the patron of Civil Liberation Party Nepal. The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order on the writ filed by Chaudhary against the Election Commission after canceling his candidature.
Judge Balkrishna Dhakal's bench refused to issue an interim order in favor of Chaudhary and asked the Election Officer's office for the reason for canceling the candidature. Both sides have been called for discussion on whether to grant an interim order or not.
