Kathmandu. On Friday, NEPSE index decreased by 4.05 points and reached 2650 points. As the market continued throughout the day and night, the transaction amount also decreased to Rs 3.77 billion. The previous day, there was a turnover of 4.62 billion rupees.

Today, 86 companies increased in value, 184 companies decreased and 6 companies remained stable. A general decline was observed in banking, finance, insurance, hotels and hydropower groups, while there was a slight increase in production and processing, microfinance and trade groups. The highest turnover of 1.99 billion rupees was done in Hydropower Group. Solu Hydropower, Riddy Power, Sanima Bank, Khanikhola Hydropower and Ankhukhola Jalvyedyut were ahead in terms of turnover.
