Kathmandu. On Thursday, the last trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE index has closed significantly higher. Continuing the positive trend of the previous day, the market has turned green. On this day, the NEPSE index increased by 48.71 points to 2851.24 points. Similarly, the sensitive index has increased by 4.64 points, the float index by 3.02 points and the sensitive float index by 1.69 points.
On this day, there has been a significant increase in the transaction amount. In the market which was traded worth Rs 8.31 crore on Wednesday, 2 crore 79 lakh 31 thousand shares worth Rs 9.91 crore 92 lakh 10 thousand were bought and sold in 1 lakh 8 thousand 869 transactions of 338 companies on Thursday.
