Kathmandu. The government is going to mobilize the Nepalese army a month in advance for the security of the House of Representatives elections to be held on February 21. According to the procedures approved by the Integrated Election Security Plan, 2082, the army will be deployed across the country from Wednesday.

The government has decided to mobilize 79 thousand 727 troops of the army for election security. The army will also provide security to public buildings, prisons and other places where the armed police are guarding. Armed police will also be deployed in the elections.
