Kathmandu. The minimum temperature of Kathmandu valley has dropped sharply. According to meteorologist Rojan Lamichhane of the weather forecasting division, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu valley has dropped to 6.2 degrees Celsius at 5:45 am today.
The minimum temperature in the valley was 9.0 degrees Celsius at this time yesterday on Friday. In 24 hours, the minimum temperature of the valley has decreased by almost 3 degrees Celsius. However, at 8:45 am on Friday morning, the temperature dropped to 8.6 degrees Celsius. Today's official minimum temperature is now announced by the Meteorological Department at 8:45 am. It is likely to decrease further by then.
