The Judicial Council transferred 50 High Court judges
Kathmandu. 50 high court and 157 district judges have been transferred. The meeting of the Judicial Council held on Thursday decided to transfer the judges.
According to the published list, 50 people from the High Court and 157 people from the District Court have been transferred. Similarly, the council has also given advice to appoint Basudev Acharya as the president of the special court. He was working in High Court Tulsipur. It has also decided to recommend the appointment of Dipendra Adhikar as the chairman of the Labor Court.
