After asking the squatters living in various holding centers to vacate the center after understanding the amount given by the government, the government has warned the squatters to go back to their old places and live there in a chaotic manner. The government has asked the families who have been evicted from squatter settlements on the banks of different rivers to come in contact by June 15.
Empowered Bagmati Civilization Integrated Development Committee on 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th and 20th of Baisakh, during the removal of risky riverside settlements, has requested the families who are currently living in different places to attend for digital collection of landless and unorganized residents in Dasharath Rangshala.
