The government is focused on holding elections at the appointed time while maintaining good governance: Minister Ghisingh

Energy, Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development Minister Kulman Ghising has said that the government is focused on maintaining good governance in the country as well as holding elections on time. At the opening session of the Nepal Youth Entrepreneurship Summit organized by the National Youth Council and the Nepal Business Institute in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Minister Ghising said that the government is focused on maintaining good governance in the country and holding elections at the appointed time in accordance with the spirit of the Genji Movement.

Minister Ghising claimed that the election will be held at the appointed time as all the political parties have registered with the Election Commission to participate in the election. He said that long-standing anger and dissatisfaction has manifested itself in the form of the Genji movement, and hope should be instilled in the people in a short period of time.

Minister Ghising claimed that although the old political parties and leaders were successful in changing the political and system, they failed to lead prosperity after the change. He said that he has become a minister in times of crisis and he will work by turning challenges into opportunities.

Similarly, Swarnim Wagle, Deputy Chairman of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, said that the Ukusmukush Zen(ji movement) that has been going on for a decade or two has been manifested.
