Kathmandu: The first meeting of the newly formed Parliamentary Coordination Board of the Nepali Congress is scheduled to take place today. The meeting has been called for 3:00 p.m. at the party’s central office, BP Smriti Bhawan, Sanepa. This will be the board’s first formal meeting since its formation with the objective of making the party’s parliamentary activities more effective and organized.
According to Krishna Prasad Dulal, Acting Chief Secretary of the Nepali Congress central office, this is the first meeting of the board formed under Article 21 of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Statute (with amendments and revisions), 2083.
