Snow Rivers has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board for the IPO issue

Kathmandu. Snow Rivers Limited has received permission from Nepal Securities Board for IPO issue.  The board has given permission to the company for the IPO issue on Sunday, January 18th. With the permission of the board, Snow Rivers will now issue ordinary shares worth Rs. 18 crore 75 lakhs to the general public. The company will issue 18 lakh 75 thousand shares of Rs 100 face value.

According to the prevailing rules, the company will allocate shares for project-affected local residents and Nepalese working abroad in the first phase. The application will be open to the general public only after allotment of shares to these two groups. Sanima Capital Limited is the issuing and selling manager of this IPO.
