Saroj Kumar Yadav appointed as Chief Minister of Madhesh Province
Janakpur. UML's Saroj Kumar Yadav has been appointed as the chief minister of Madhesh state. According to Article 1683 of the Constitution, Madhesh State Chief Minister Sumitra Subedi Bhandari has appointed Yadav as the Chief Minister as the largest party in the Parliament. Yadav was appointed as Chief Minister this morning.
Late last night in Madhesh Bhawan in Madhesh Province, the Nepali Congress and Civil Liberties Party were working to submit their claims for the post of Chief Minister, showing their support for the formation of a 5-party alliance under the leadership of LOSPA. In the morning, the Provincial Chief Bhandari informed that he was not feeling well and was going to Kathmandu. It is reported that the Chief Minister Bhandari administered the Chief Minister's oath to Yadav at a hotel on the way to Kathmandu. Now, the state chief and UML are protesting widely on social media.
