President returns ordinance related to the Constitutional Council
Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has sent back the ordinance related to the Constitutional Council for reconsideration. President Ramchandra Paudel decided to return the ordinance to the government for study and reconsideration. The President’s Office stated that the President decided to send the ordinance back to the government for reconsideration.
It has been said that the decision to return it was made on the grounds that, in accordance with the Supreme Court full bench’s previous interpretation, there is currently no ‘legal vacuum or absence’ for the work to proceed.
