Resham Choudhary's writ was scheduled to appear

Kathmandu. The petition filed by the guardian of Civil Liberation Party Nepal, Reshammalal Chaudhary, against the cancellation of his candidature, has been scheduled for hearing again. Chaudhary's writ has been scheduled for hearing in the joint bench of Supreme Court judges Nahkul Subedi and Abdul Aziz Muslim.

The writ gainst cancellation of candidature has been placed in the first number for hearing. Earlier, on January 11, a single bench of Judge Balkrishna Dhakal had ordered a written response from the Election Commission on the writ filed by Chaudhary. In addition, both sides were called to attend for the discussion of the interim order.

On January 15th, the joint bench of Justices Balkrishna Dhakal and Nripadhwaj Niraula ordered the submission of the decision file related to the duty killing case as per previous orders. After completing the work as per the previous order and receiving the missile, the hearing for the interim order was scheduled today.
