Repeal of the increase in health examination fees for those going abroad for employment

Kathmandu. The increase in the health examination fee of those going for foreign employment has been cancelled. Earlier, the test fee was increased from 6,500 to 9,500. Labour, Employment and Social Security Minister Rajendrasinh Bhandari canceled the fee increase and kept the old one. With this decision, the old fee ie 6 thousand 500 has been maintained.
Earlier, the then Labor Minister Sharad Singh Bhandari made a ministerial decision in December 2081 and increased the health examination fee to Rs 9,500. Even then, the process of implementation of the fee was stopped after the protest.
The fee, which was increased again last November, has been canceled again by a ministerial decision.
