Kathmandu. Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of Rashtriya Swatantra Party, who was jailed for co-operative fraud, will be released on Friday, i.e. today, according to the order of the Butwal High Court. As it was not possible to complete the court process on Thursday, he is going to be released today. The high court, Tulsipur's Bhairahwa court, had asked him to be released on bail. According to which the District Court has to accept his bail.
He is going to leave only today as he has to go to Lamichhane District Court, Rupandehi. District Court, Rupandehi already wrote to Nakhu Jail to bring Lamichhane to appear on Thursday. In order to be released from prison, certain procedures must be completed. First, the order of the Butwal High Court should reach the District Court Rupandehi. The order will reach the district court only on Friday.
Secon, after the order, the district court will accept the money of Bigo Bapat's damasahi and the bank guarantee to be submitted by Ravi Lamichhane. After that, the district court Rupandehi will write a letter to the prison administration to release Ravi Lamichhane.
