Prime Minister Karki's instructions to tighten election security

Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushila Karki of the Interim Government has given instructions to tighten the security arrangements for the elections across the country. In Sunsari, he gave this instruction after getting information about the situation in Koshi region. She said that the atmosphere of the election is encouraging and the preparations of the security agencies and the administrative sector are commendable.

After the on-site inspection and understanding of the situation in the districts including Sunsari, Morang, Solukhumbu and Bhojpur, she mentioned that all the preparations for the upcoming polling on November 21 are almost complete. Evaluating the reporting and performance of the chief district officers of Sunsari and Morang, she praised them for doing a lot of work in a short time.

He said that the Election Commission has been working very diligently since the day after the announcement of the election and now it seems that only the voting on the 21st is left. She mentioned that although there were some difficulties during the preparation in the district, the progress so far was satisfactory.
