• Chancellor of Pragya-Pratishthan Bhupal Rai inaugurated the ceremony by lighting a lamp in Panas.

• Chancellor Rai of Pragya-Pratishthan presented the Pragya Prize worth Rs.100,000/ (one lakh) to 12 people and the Pragya Regional Prize worth Rs.50,000 (fifty thousand) to 7 people.
